How We Make Organic Content & Ads That Drive Consumption.
Every campaign runs the same road: tear it down, find your voice, produce with purpose, track everything. In month one that is 15 concepts with 3 intros each, live in 14 to 17 days, then tested, killed and scaled every week. Here is how we draft it, step by step.
The Anatomy of Winning Campaigns.
We look at what you have, what you don't, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be, then how we bridge it. We study what's already in your market, what we can take from it, and how we make it ours.
Tear Down
Everything pulled apart. Define our starting position.
Your offer, your numbers, your past ads, and the ads already running in your market.
Find Your Voice
Your offer, your tone, your story. It has to sound like you.
Every script is written line by line for camera, in your words.
Produce With Purpose
Every piece has a job. Nothing decorative.
One directed shoot day, with every script approved before the camera comes out.
Track Everything
Every piece measured, so we know what to make next.
Pixel and server tracking, every lead in your CRM, a weekly report.
Day by Day, Start to Launch.
You give us about 6 hours in week one, for the draft meetings and your access. Nothing is filmed that you haven't seen, and day 8 is your last day to change your mind.
- Day 0You start.Your spot is saved.
- Day 1The pre-campaign briefing. In depth, the nitty gritty details.
- Days 2 to 5The team puts it together. The competitive analysis, the strategy and angles, the scripts, the organic plan, the landing page and the shot list.
- Day 5The first check-in.The mid draft, reviewed together.
- Day 8The final draft meeting.Every draft signed off, your shoot day booked. Your last day to change your mind.
- Days 9 to 12The shoot.A checklist and a detailed brief for everyone on camera.

- Days 14 to 17Launch day.Your ads and your organic go live.
- Every weekTest, kill, scale.Every ad read, the budget behind what wins, new intros on the cuts that work, and the weekly report.
- About day 45The review.Thirty days after launch: what month one did, and what comes next.
Every Script Has Four Jobs.
Hook, lead, body, call to action. One job each, written to be said out loud at a fifth grade reading level, the same structure for ads and organic posts.
Hook
Stop the scroll. Five checks: the viewer is in it, something is broken, it is in their words, it leaves a question open, it is about them.
Lead
Make the hook true. The next line confirms it, and the third line is the proof.
Body
Keep them watching. One piece of value per loop, and every loop opens the next question.
Call to Action
One ask, said once, and what happens after the tap.
One Concept. Three Intros. 45 Assets.
Every concept gets three ways in, filmed as separate takes with the main one first. 15 concepts with 3 intros each is 45 assets a month, for your ads and your organic together.
One line changed is an H or a C, two or more is a new version. A change to a live ad is a new ad: editing a live ad resets what Meta has learned about it.
Test. Kill. Scale. Every Week.
Every ad you run is four choices: the format, the angle, who sees it and the offer. We test them in planned combinations, so when an ad starts booking, we know which lever did it, and we can pull it again.
Format
Static design, creator video, studio film.
Angle
The story it tells: pain, proof, status, speed.
Audience
Cold faces, warm crowds, past consumers.
Offer
The trial, the bundle, the guarantee.
Take the Playbook.
The same tools we use on our own ads. The first one is open; the other two unlock with your name, email and phone.

How We Did It for PLF Fitness.
A luxury personal training studio in Beverly Hills, on Meta ads. Four ads went head to head. Three died, one earned the budget. Here is the winner, piece by piece.
- Hook
“West LA Residents”
A label call out: the place, then who they are, in bold white right where the eyes land. They read where they live in the first second and think, this one is for me. And the creative is the targeting: Meta reads the words and finds more people like the ones it names.
- Talent
A Trainer, Straight to Camera
A staff member in the branded polo, eyes on the lens, making a real offer. Not a random testimonial: a face they could meet on day one. The polo does the branding, so the words don’t have to.
- Scene
Outside, Under the Trees
Every other gym ad shows the gym floor. Daylight and trees break the pattern, so the thumb stops, and it works with the sound off.
- Format
Split Screen
The trainer on top, the gym below. Who is this, and what does the place look like: both answered in one frame, no click needed. Screenshot it and it still tells the story.
- Offer
“2 Free PT Sessions”
One offer, and they know exactly what they get. Not a free consult, not a free trial. The 2 makes it real, and free makes it safe.
Three Ads Died. One Earned the Budget.
Same campaign, four ads, each one truly different. Meta treats ads that look alike as one ad, so changing only the words buys you the reach of one. We change the scene, the person, the format or the offer, then let the numbers pick.
Wrong Face
A new trainer and a new street scene, same offer. Meta read it as a new ad, and that part worked. The trainer did not fit this audience.
Aimed Too Wide
Same trainer, aimed at all of Los Angeles with a free consult. Nobody heard themselves in it. Leads cost more than our target, and a free consult gave no one a reason to act.
Lost the Hook
Same trainer, a new script, one big frame. One frame shows one thing. The split screen was the hook, and this cut dropped it.
The Winner
A real trainer talking and the gym right under him. A clear offer, aimed at the people close enough to walk in. The ad above.
What the Winner Taught Us.
Every campaign teaches the next one. These went straight into the next round.
Split Screen Beats One Frame
We ran both, and the split screen won: the person and the place in one shot. Every new campaign starts from this format.
This Trainer Fits This Crowd
The trainer in the branded polo did best with this audience. Next we test the same format with a different trainer, to learn whether the format wins on its own.
Can the Offer Carry More?
2 Free PT Sessions works. A body scan on top might convert better, or it might confuse. One change at a time, so the answer is clean.
Why not just copy what the big brands are running?
- 1Their winner is already tired.By the time you see it, their audience has seen it over and over. You would be copying an ad on its way out.
- 2You bid against their budget.Same ad, same crowd, same auction, and they have more money. You lose, or you overpay for an ad that isn’t yours.
- 3Meta spots the copies.Ads that look the same get treated as one. You compete with the original and every other copy, and your reach shrinks.
You can’t play like LeBron by watching him play. Study the framework, take the idea, then test your way to your own winner. No shortcuts, only reps.
